Our Doula Service provides:

• Plenty of time to discuss your birth wishes and prepare during  3 prenatal visits, including drafting a birth plan if wanted.
• 24-hour, on-call labor support beginning 2 weeks before your due date until your baby is born with every effort made to be there within an hour of your call. Deanna and I alternate weeks on call so there will always be one of us to attend your birth. Please see calendar below.
• Continual, caring presence during your labor, birth and up to 2 hours postpartum.
• 1 to 2 postpartum visits (depending on need and desire).
• A birth story written for you.
• Phone and email support.
• Unconditional and non-judgemental emotional support.
